7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeltaVivid's liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement according to its terms. DeltaVivid may suspend or terminate services for breach or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DeltaVivid is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
